Allied American’s daily claims services offer a wide range of multi-line, property, casualty and general liability services which are tailored to fit each client’s expectations, timelines, and reporting requirements. Our seasoned and knowledgeable staff of adjusters located throughout the U.S. has many years of experience working in all lines of business with a broad range of clients and insurance carriers. From policy processing, underwriting and claim operations, each adjuster is trained to understand each client’s expectations. Our management team is constantly streamlining our process controls and tracking and reporting performance standards in our own proprietary web-based claims monitoring software called CIMS, which is fully interfaced with all estimating and reporting software programs as well as our client’s specific claims management reporting systems.

Allied American takes pride in its emphasis on its commercial property claims division and our ability to handle large and complex commercial claims for numerous clients throughout the U.S. We use experienced GA and EGA trained adjusters to travel to any location and quickly and accurately assess complex and unique situations and report to our clients with a critical initial assessment of damages and exposure so reserves can be set and a plan of action can be determined. Our managers closely follow the progress of the full claim process including working with experts, attorneys, and subrogation specialists in order to deliver full and accurate adjustment of the claim for our clients.

We offer a full range of claims management services for our TPA clients including general liability, products and property liability, property losses, litigation management, coverage and loss analysis, investigation services, reserve recommendations, claims staffing and data reporting. Our processes are tailored and customized to meet the service and reporting requirements of each client including the specific operating protocols and service standards for each client. We are focused on the details of the various components impacting costs and management of the entire claim process including indemnity costs, subrogation opportunities, adjuster and examiner expenses, as well as expert and attorney’s fees related to the negotiation and settlement of protracted litigation. Our dedicated account managers are involved in all stages and aspects of TPA claim management and utilize our full staff of experienced desk and field adjusters located all over the U.S.

Program Management

Special Investigation Services

We support our clients by thoughtfully investigating each claim for subrogation possibilities as well as for early detection of any fraud indicators present. If detected, we will assist a fraud team to identify fraudulent factors, complete required statutory reporting, and support fraud mitigation for future incidents. Our experts can also review your SIU procedures to provide a set of protocols for your team to follow.

MGA/TPA Oversight Analysis and Audit

Through a separate subsidiary, US Insurance Services Group, we provide resources to assist carriers that write and service business through third parties to perform required oversight of their program partners. We provide objective reviews that contribute to the program’s success by improving contractual compliance, risk reviews, financial processing and reporting, internal controls evaluations, and results analysis. Allied American regularly responds to all kinds of catastrophe events occurring throughout the U.S. caused by different types of weather-related storms and other large catastrophic occurrences. Our full staff of experienced adjusters, claim reviewers, field support, and QA personnel are selected and trained by our management team prior to deployment so they are familiar with the unique circumstances of the event and knowledgeable in the specific requirements for each client and the way their claims should be handled in the field. Since it’s formation, the company has handled about 100,000 catastrophe related claims and assignments, with as many as 20,000 being handled in one year.

Our focus in handling claims requiring special investigation is to use our broad background and experience to help our clients recognize the early indicators signaling a need for an investigation of a reported loss or claim. Our commercial and residential underwriting risk assessment program provides our clients with accurate risk and property conditions and other information to ensure compliance with all underwriting policy standards.
