ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE- DAILY & CAT PROGRAMS

Allied American is hiring an Account Executive for our Daily & Catastrophe (CAT) property and commercial claims programs. The Account Executive reports directly to the VP of Claims, and is the leading member of the client team, ensuring that client service is handled exceptionally well. They will also have management experience, ensuring that claims are timely, complete, and in compliance with client guidelines, and that team members are well trained for accuracy and client satisfaction. This high profile and critically important position involves the management of all aspects of specific clients including catastrophe claims. Preparation, communication, execution, auditing and reporting, QA and training are the Account Executive’s responsibilities in support of Allied American’s mission to offer service of the highest quality.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience working with claims analytics to drive insights and improve customer experience.
  • Demonstrated experience benchmarking and improving processes with new and existing client programs; work closely with Account Managers to update and maintain guidelines and procedures.
  • Software Knowledge – Maintain teaching knowledge of adjusting software and systems (Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Symbility).
  • Quality Assurance – Prepare training and continually coach adjusters and staff to improve QA reviews.
  • Preparing and Updating Templates and Notes – to conform with current and changing guidelines and Best Claim Practices.
  • Assisting Desk and Field Adjusters – Making coverage determinations, obtaining answers from the Carrier, general guidance on claim practices.
  • Review Daily Reports – Consistent monitoring and communication with Account Managers and adjusters to ensure claims are being processed, proactive mindset to identify problem areas and trends that can be improved or adjusted.
Qualifications
  • Active FL Adjusters license (self-appointed), required.
  • Minimum of 10 years commercial lines property/casualty claims experience in roles of increasing responsibility;
    • Catastrophe management experience; lead planning and coordinating CAT response.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience leading and managing diverse teams of people working remotely.
    • Extensive knowledge of claims practices and techniques used in property/casualty insurance industry.
