Allied American USA’s claims adjusting division uses its own proprietary software application called CIMS (Claims Information Management System) to manage day-to-day and catastrophe claims tracking activity. Every year, we enhance the software to include new features for our adjusters and for our customers who desire direct access to our system to monitor their own claims activities.

Additionally, members of our in-house information technology in Tampa are always available to assist in servicing our software applications and equipment to ensure the highest quality service for our customers.
