Daily Field Adjuster

Allied American USA is actively recruiting for Adjusters for Field Task Assignments. Field Adjuster deployment will be a Task Model, with adjusters simply using Xactimate/XactAnalysis for claims. Xactimate/XactAnalysis is required. Task Field Adjusters must have an active Florida adjusters license, and should be prepared to quickly deploy to storm sites across the state of Florida.

Claims Administrative Associate (on-site Tampa, FL)

Join Allied American USA as an on‑site Claims Administrative Associate supporting daily and catastrophe insurance claims. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑focused, and committed to excellent customer service.

For nearly 25 years, Allied American USA has provided insurance claims services for major national carriers, MGAs, flood service providers, and other industry partners. We manage homeowner, commercial, and flood claims and offer full TPA solutions, including claim examination, SIU/Fraud operations, litigation management, compliance, appraisals, ADR, audits, reinspection, and risk assessments. Summary

The job duties are primarily focused on assisting with all administrative functions relating to daily, TPA and catastrophe claim operations. Responsibilities include data entry for new claims, calls/customer service support, payment processing, preparing letters, routine correspondence, and reporting. The applicant must have expertise working with administrative systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Adobe Pro or comparable PDF editing software; and detailed database entry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain information from insured or designated persons, by telephone and email
  • Respond to telephone, on line, and written inquiries promptly
  • Enter claims information into database systems with attention to detail 
  • Accurately prepare and review insurance claim forms 
  • Download, upload, create, use naming conventions for a variety of supporting PDF and jpg files
  • Respond to the service needs of insured, clients, adjusters, field personnel, and home office employees
  • Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities effectively
  • Conduct research when needed to complete requests 
  • Prepare daily reports utilizing various computer systems
  • Communicate and cooperate with co-workers, management, clients, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner 
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Support workload surges and/or Catastrophe operations as needed, to include working significant overtime during designated catastrophes

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Associate's Degree, or more, preferred
  • FL 6-20 Adjusters license, preferred 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Adobe or comparable PDF software, required
  • Database entry, A/R, A/P, or invoicing, preferred
  • Excellent computer and internet research skills, preferred 
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Punctual, detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
  • Ability to work independently on complex tasks

Work Environment

  • Full‑time, on‑site in Tampa, FL (this is not a remote position)
  • Small business office setting
  • Occasional overtime based on claim volume
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
